Shipping took only two days in my case from HK to UK. What takes time is the processing and finding all your selected items around Asia basically. I always order in bulk so it takes up to two weeks for them to get all the items together. My advice would be to always buy a bit bigger too (half a size for shoes and clothes go one size up). I was delighted when it came, it was nicely wrapped in a white box and all items were individually wrapped, great service all in all Plus it's really cheap if you are paying in euros and pounds.
