After coming back from what was a very pleasant ten days in Cannes bathing in 30°degrees of pure sunshine, I have to admit that I was a bit taken back landing at the airport in my sandals and bright pink Topshop jeans and noticing that it was actually raining. And it has been like this for the last week 24° with moments of sunshine followed by hours of rain. It is that time of the year where you hesitate before leaving the house and wonder if you should be packing umbrellas and hoodies or sunglasses and protection creme, and I am not enjoying it one little bit. Anyway, surely I can’t be the only girl in town that has on more occasion than one found herself stripping off her tights and jackets in sync with the sun’s brief but warm appearances. And this is exactly what happend with this latest outfit.

The lovely Keira from Swatch contacted me a while ago to let me know that my favourite watches were coming out in new colours this summer, yes I am talking about the Full Blooded Collection by swatch. I already own it in black and gold (seen here) and in dark red. However, I am contemplating getting another but I am stuck on the colours. I love the dark pink and purple but I prefer the more discret colours so I am leaning toward the caramel one. What do you guys think?

Here is what I wore yesterday as the weather was just taking the piss out of us by raining one minute and sun shining the next, I decided to pull out my biker boots from YesStyle and pull on a light and easy silk shirt from zara (that I found during the sales). Perfect outfit for the heat, wind and rain.

As Bruges will be the place I call “home” for a year, starting as of September, I thought it would be a good idea to go and visit the place for a day. I have to say I was pleasant surprise and I am actually looking forward to hiring a bike for the year and going to uni on it. This will definitely be the last chapter of my student life. I will not bombarde you with al the pictures of Bruges itself as you will be seeing plenty of it during the next 10 months. This is what I wore and the all the candy I brought

I hope everyone had a great weekend, personally I was not prepared for such a heat wave but I refuse to complain. With the sales just around the corner I have my little “what i really really want bu do not need” list ready. Another thing that is just around the corner are the holidays which I cannot wait for, the first part of the hols will be spent doing a road trip with the bf just after graduation (from 16th July onwards). We are planning on going to Cannes, then Monaco followed by St-Tropez, Genova and Milan, then we will head back to Brussels via Munich and Baden-baden. Looking forward to seen a few of you on our road trip.

Thank you all again so much fro all you birthday wishes. Well First week back in Brussels all I got was rain but my second week here, I got a whole lot of sunshine! For all you curious ones I have been told that my present will be delivered on Friday, so we will have have to be patient a little longer haha (but those who follow me on Twitter you know you will be the first to know)

Anyway, this is what I wore out to dinner last night with the bf which was just perfect, I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. Loving my new cat sunglasses which got me a lot of starres but at least it’s not the bright orange hair their were starring at for once.
