Click on the magazine for a full screen view or go over to Glossy Mag
No a video this weekend but something even better. The online magazine Glossy Mag 6th issue is out now and boy is it a 234 page long treat!! Even more so that I have finally (after a lot of waiting and patience) received my birthday present; a gorgeous and shiny Ipad on which I can download and read this magazine. I urge you all to go and check it out and if you have the time also check out their older issues, they are all worth a read or at the very least a quick flick through. What I love about Glossy is that they have taken the  virtual magazine to a whole new level, not only is it online and virtual but it is also interactive with a nice selection of videos to watch too throughout the magazine.  So don’t waste any more time and hop over to the Glossy Mag website.
Enjoy and “Keep it Glossy” as the Glossy team would say!!

Thank you all again so much fro all you birthday wishes. Well First week back in Brussels all I got was rain but my second week here, I got a whole lot of sunshine! Anyway, this is what I wore out to dinner last night with the bf which was just perfect, I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. Loving my new cat sunglasses which got me a lot of starres but at least it’s not the bright orange hair their were starring at for once.

There was a blogger meet-up in London over at the Hummingbird Bakery, so I thought I would briefly pop over just to say hi to everyone. Finally, one pair of new shoes later and a couple failed attempts at finding Jill we finally arrived. It was great meeting all the girls and I have to say Carrie did a lovely post describing the afternoon and all the bloggers present that day, I couldn’t have said it better. I ended up spending the rest of the afternoon talking politics, holidays, and counterfeit shoes with fellow friend and blogger Jill who is the creator and author behind PolkaDot. Always with her camera at hand ready to immortalise what catches her eye, she snapped a few pictures of me and has actually made a lovely post here. I wanted to share with you her amazing work so I have added a few of my favourite shots.

P.S: Thank you Thank you for your hundreds of Birthday wishes! you have no idea how touched I am, since this morning I have been replying Thank You’s but I am not complaining one bit, they are all worth the time. As this is my first birthday as a blogger I really didn’t quite know what to expect (actually I wasn’t expecting anything) but I sure didn’t expect so many thoughtful wishes in so many different places. So Thank you to my Twitter followers, Facebook ‘likers’ and all the emails and comments; THANK YOU!!

P.P.S: Just a quick reminder, that Philippe Audibert’s huge sale on their e-boutique is still in progress. You can have 40% off the entire boutique with the special code “PA0710PE“, until June 20.

Here is a trend that started way back in winter 2009 and is still very much present, especially with the fashion bloggers. Cargo green trousers have been seen sported everywhere and have been given a very feminin touch and so has the dull grey ’sweat pant’. Indeed, trousers seem to be lately either printed, or cargo green and soft grey. I am glad to say I own a pair of both! What are your go to trousers this season?

As you seem to be enjoying the videos, here are a few more I really enjoy. It really does seem increasingly like big online shops are taking bloggers not only seriously but have come to terms with the tremendous impact bloggers can have. Take the huge event organised by the luxury online shopping site LuisaViaRoma, that has been taking place in Firenze over the last few days what a huge step for bloggers. I can’t wait to see all the videos and pictures. On another note, I Really wish I was in Italy right now!
