I would love to introduce Gertrude to you. Gertrude is a French brand offering each season a collection of luxurious and warm coats. Each collection tells a story around the character of Gertrude. It was very hard for me to chose wich one coat I wanted to show you as I had a few favourites such as this modern and feminin twist on the waxed Parka or the original gold and light nylon coat. I decided to go with something a bit more traditional and went with this lovely black and grey  wool coat. Just in case you hadn't yet realised, they are super light and extremely warm which is perfect for the cold weather ahead. They make the most incredible coats.

This is really not my best attempt at an outfit pos but I wanted to share it with you nonetheless. Plus, check out the uber cute face Lemon - my dog - is doing on the last picture haha

the red suede shoes

 I saw these perfect red suede boots on the lovely Veronica and right then and there I knew these where the red boots I had pictured in my head for so long. I didn't get too excited because, knowing my luck, they would probablyonly be available in Italy. Actually, there were from an italian brand - Girogia Rose - but brought, and still available, on Sarenza.

A bit about Sarenza and my experience buy from them. Great customer service, I got a personalised email within less than 12 hours of sending an email with a few questions. Super fast delivery for only a small extra few, and by super fast I mean 24hours later. They will keep you updated if there is a problem with your package but promise - and stick to their promise - to find a solution as fast as possible. So overall a great experience. The leather skirt

Brought out the paper bag leather skirt from River Island, it's good but not perfect. I am on the hunt for that perfect leather skirt, any ideas? I saw one in H&M the other day, I might just have to try it out. However, lately I am more keen on putting my money aside to furnish the apartment :) I might have to do an apartment inspiration post one of these days with all the pics I have put aside.
