Plaisirs d'hiver

It was great to go back to Brussels for Christmas and spend some time with the family and my friends, and basically just catch up on all that I missed. I meet up with my blonde counterpart and we spent the afternoon walking around 'Plaisirs d'hiver', but mostly we ate and drank Gluwijn (Vin chaud). There is something very festive and inviting about Christmas markets and for some reason people always seem happy which was great considering the gloomy weather we have been having.

I am now back in Paris to end 2010 the same way I started it; great food, amazing people and an overall fun evening!

Dessine moi une Cape

Winter is definitely here, and so his the cold. After the fur colar, the faux fur coat and other solution to keep warm, it looks like the ‘cape’ is here for a while.the french were wearing it first and a long time ago, it’s another one of those items that is not only timeless but is passed on from one generation onto another.
