Chloe Sevigny x Opening Ceremony

source: Opening Ceremony

source: Hanneli

So I am not really a huge fan of the chunky and 'ugly' shoe craze that has been happening lately. But I have to say these boots from the latest collaboration - Chloe Sevigny x Opening Ceremony - have caught my eye, even more so when I saw them on Hanneli recently. This said, I don't think the boyfriend will agree with me on this one, I can already see him shaking his head from here :) What are your thoughts on these shoes?

Self portrait

The outfit post for these pictures will come later. For me its just another day stuck inside writing my thesis; way to many hypotheses, too many chapters and sub-parts, and my word count is not going up fast enough. Wishing everyone a great day!

Chelsea girl

As you might have noticed I have had very little time lately to blog or post anything lately. I am currently in the midst of writing my thesis which will probably be the very last thing I ever write as a student ("fingers crossed" and "touch wood", as my dad would say). I am guessing it is that time of the year for most of you who are still students. This being said, I will do my best to keep the posts coming this week but work is my priority at the moment.

River Island announced recently the re-launch (after 23 years) their 'Chelsea girls' capsule collection for SS11. All the items have a lovely heritage and vintage spirit to them. It is definitely time for spring, floral and geometric-inflicted prints, bright colours and wispy fabrics. If this doesn't put a smile on your faces, I am not sure what will. Happy Easter everyone!

My little purple satchel

Quick outfit post sporting my cambridge satchel (it has been appearing a lot lately on the blog and many other blogs, in other colours especially their new fluorescent collection) but I realized it has never been featured on me in an outfit post, so here goes.
