outfit preview

Lately, I have been receiving a lot of request to post daily work outfits. Many of you (well those of you who follow me on Instagram -thefashioncloud) have been able to see little small snapshots of what I wear to work. However, as you can imagine it is quite hard for me to shoot during my work hours for many obvious reasons. For one, I barely even have the time to eat lunch let alone snap pics of me. Secondly, I cant really see myself asking one of my co-workers at the Commission to snap a few pics of me haha. This being said, my next outfit post will be an outfit I have worn to work before and one that I can't wait to wear over and over again. Here is a small preview. This is my go-to outfit at the moment, these corduroy jeans are just perfection and perfect for the crispy days we have been having lately. I love the simplicity of them and the small details such as the zippers that make them interesting. I wanted to thank everyone who RT yesterday's post about the very dangerous SOPA and PIPA bills. Never have I had tweets and a blog post shared so many times and I have to say that the fact that is was this particular one makes it all the better. The 'leo' skirt

This skirt is a bit too short in my opinion but paired with flats and a chunky jumper its not as striking as here. I am afraid the people of Brussels are a lot less tolerant towards girls with skirts than in other cities. It doesn't look like this week is going to be any less stressful as the previous, but then again at least I am kept busy. Do you also have this feeling that we are always running against the clock?

Not the calm and relaxing weekend I had planned, but a great couple of days nonetheless. The weekend started with a calm girl's night in, just what I need after the hectic week I had just spent. I spent most of saturday filming part of the promo video for Kicktable. If you have not heard of it yet, go and check it out. It's a project that started in Brussels and will be coming to London very soon. Saturday night was spent with good friends at at not seen in a while. Sunday was spent with the lovely Cyrielle taking a few pics for our respective blogs.
