Yvonne Kone Heels

yvonne kone

ph/Style by Kling

When I first saw the bracelets, I absolutely loved the mix of hardware and leather. Yvonne Koné managed to create very modern yet feminin jewelry out of such 'hard' material. Now she has done it again and created heels that look just has appealing. These look like the perfect pair of black sandals, with a modern twist to them. However, this are definitely not DIYable and I have to say I am very excited about them - oh and very jealous of Elin that is sporting them here.

Not just a scarf

Another great new trend that I wil be trying soon; wearing my AA circle scarf as a skirt. Yes it seems to be all the rage right now and I have to say I am loving it. For those of you who follow me on a regular basis, you know by now that I don't often (actually probably) never post pictures of celebrities. Indeed, this blog is dedicated solely to the creations and the trends of the blogosphere, however some of these trends, if not most do start from inspirations that bloggers take from the catwalks, fashion shows and editorials, and this trens is no exception. Indeed, this tulip shape of skirt was first spotted on Dree Hemingway at the Twilight saga première. Like most of you, I loved the simplicity of the outfit and I thought the skirt was just perfect, I loved it even more once I discovered that Dree had performed a DIY of herself and had literally just wrapped her little 'derrière' in a scarf. I am thinking f trying this look on Friday night, fingers crossed it doesn't rain and I might just be abe to take a few pictures, that is if the whole thing is not a disaster.

All Black

I have increasingly noticed that the French but also the Nordics do the “All black” trend to perfection (of course they are not the only ones). They either play around with different textures or add a bold and colored accessory which prevents them from looking dull and shapeless. This is another one of my favorite trends maybe due to the fact that’ I’m utterly crap with colours. I always seem to say well away from colours but they are on my New years resolution list right there at the top with 1) I shall buy no more shoes and 2) Buy less buy better. So lets just say there is a slim chance any of that is ever going to happen.

Love How these girls have dressed down they their LBDs with chunky heels or boots. Great “I didn’t try that hard but yet I still look fabulous” outfits.

I discovered this Dutch blogger not that long ago and really liked her edgy side that she pulls off without ever looking dull. I would need much more than one small photo-set to illustrate just how well she pulls this look off, so I would go and check her out if you haven’t done so already.

Happy Christmas in advance.
